<span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; line-height: 32px; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;">现在，国家大力提倡技工教育开展校企合作、实行产教融合，并将其作为一项基本办学制度，这是十分重要和及时的。作为技工院校，要坚定不移地走校企合作之路。</span></p>

<span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; line-height: 32px; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;">主要体现在：技工院校自身的师资力量不够强，实训设备相对落后于企业，对企业的技术服务能力比较弱，培养的技能人才与企业需求存在一定程度的脱节。</span></p>

<span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; line-height: 32px; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;">当然，在推动校企合作的过程中，尽管我们也进行了许多尝试，而且在高端技能人才培训方面取得了不错的效果，但企业在与职业院校进行合作时仍面临着一些困难，主要表现在：</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 14px; font-family: 宋体, Simsun; text-indent: 32px;">
<span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; line-height: 32px; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;">一是增加了管理成本。企业的经营方式已经发生了很大变化，成为市场经济的主体，有的企业还是上市公司。这时候企业必须考虑以盈利为主要经营目标。企业参与校企合作，更多的是希望合作培养自己需要的适用人才。但现实中，有时候校企合作不仅不能满足这一要求，而且还会增加企业的管理成本，这无疑是企业参与校企合作的一道障碍。对效益不好的企业尤其如此。</span></p>
